Timetable

Oh..god..sem 3 is coming.......

Our new timetable consist of:

  • Drug Metabolism
  • Natural Products in Medicine
  • Microbiology for Pharmacists
  • Pharmaceutical Analysis I
  • Pharmaceutics II
  • Renal System
  • Respiratory System
  • Skills Development: Extemporaneous Dispensing

I hope time can stop now!! I want more holidays!!!!!!!!!!

Austrian Cheesecake

Dear readers,

The product of the day...






For those who are interested, can have a try. I'll list out the ingredients to share with you guys:

Base:
160g crushed marie biscuits (I've added some cashew nuts for better taste n crunchier bite)
80g melted butter
Bold

Filling:
400g cream cheese, 100g caster sugar , 3 egg yolks, 100ml milk, 1tsp grated lemon rind, 50g plain flour, 50g raisins (For raisin lovers, u can add a little bit more raisins), 3 egg whites

Methods:

Step 1
To make base, stir all ingredients until combined. Press mixture into base of 7 inches cake tin. (Round tin is preferred)

Step 2
To make filling, beat cream cheese and 80g of sugar until smooth. Beat in egg yolks until blended.

Step 3
Stir in milk, beat in grated lemon rind, flour and raisins until blended.

Step 4
Whisk egg whites until soft peaks, add in the rest of sugar. Continue whisk until stiff peaks form. Fold beaten egg whites into cheese mixture. Pour the cheese filling into prepared tin.

Step 5
Bake in preheated oven at 170'C for 40-45 minutes.

Step 6
Remove from oven and leave it cool. Chill in fridge.
